V deck
When salami / sausage or a similar shaped product is to be used on the 700 series weigh price labeler (e.g. HI, MI, LI) an optional V conveyor system is available.
The central part of the conveyor deck has a V shaped profile and using wider conveyor belts the product can be transferred along the V without rolling sideways.
Suitable pack guides can be used to aid stability.
Pack guides
There are various pack guides to suit different types of packs. Examples of these are the infeed rod guides, outfeed rod guides, HDPE material type and tall version of the standard HI guides.
Gravity outfeed rollers
A gravity roller kit can be fixed to the outfeed of the machine.
Two lengths are available.
Once fixed to the machine the angle of which the roller assembly sits can be adjusted.
Conveyor belts
A wide range of conveyor belts is available to cater for many different applications and environments.
Frame height
To cater for various height production lines, there are three frame height options. The standard height frame gives a conveyor height range of 755-920mm, the medium 850-1015mm and the tall frame option gives a conveyor height range of 945-1110mm.
Pack sensors
To ensures reliable sensing of packs, different types of pack sensors are available and can be mounted horizontally or over head.
