Separate cassette units are pre-loaded with the required labels to obtain quick label changes.
Hinged label applicator: allows the label applicator to be moved away from the thermal head area for good access for thermal head cleaning / inspection

Applicator: 11 finger touch

Additional printers

The flexibility of the HI-700 allows other industrial type printers that support TCP/IP communication to be connected.

Digi has a range of label applicators to reliably apply many shapes and sizes of labels to the pack.

Options

Sub infeed

An additional infeed (sub infeed) can be added. This option can be used to increase to spacing between packs.

V deck

When salami / sausage or a similar shaped product is to be used on the 700 series weigh price labeler (e.g. HI, MI, LI) an optional V conveyor system is available.

The central part of the conveyor deck has a V shaped profile and using wider conveyor belts the product can be transferred along the V without rolling sideways.
Suitable pack guides can be used to aid stability.

Pack guides

There are various pack guides to suit different types of packs. Examples of these are the infeed rod guides, outfeed rod guides, HDPE material type and tall version of the standard HI guides

Gravity outfeed rollers

A gravity roller kit can be fixed to the outfeed of the machine.
Two widths and two lengths are available.
Once fixed to the machine the angle of which the roller assembly sits can be adjusted

Conveyor belts

A wide range of conveyor belts is available to cater for many different applications and environments.

Thermal heads

As standard an 80mm wide thermal head is fitted to high speed and classic labelers. A 108mm wide thermal head is available for these two labelers. Both size thermal heads have the same definition of 300dpi (11.8 dots/mm).

Combination with Sleever machine

The HI-700 can be combined with sleever / C’wrap type machines.
The unique software and hardware communication package combined with the ease of a multi pin connection makes the combining of these machines a trusted and reliable process.
